  1. I don't think there is, but I'd enjoy a mod like that as well.
  2. Great Job Stary, these are great!
  3. Thanks Stary, the cockpits look awesome by the way
  4. I'm having the same problem as ndicki. I tried using 7zip and Winzip but no luck either
  5. Found it, Sorry! Thanks though
  6. I recently had to reinstall WOE from a backup I had. It wasn't up to date with my current install that I lost. One thing I lost and can't seem to find that I liked is the GBU-12 and GBU-10 models that are named GBU-12E grey and all over grey etc. Just wondering if anyone knows what package they're a part of. I appreciate any help, Thanks
  7. Is there a way to change the name of a certain type of mission in any SF1/2 series game? For example is there a way to change Iron Hand or Flak Suppresion to Air Defense Supression in the single misssion menu? Looked around the forum but couldn't find anything exactly like I needed. Thanks for any help
  8. I second that, Happy Birthday to a great nation and ally!
  9. Follow the instructions on this page to make the SF2 B-1B compatable with SF1. It will work, I've successfully done it. http://combatace.com...thirdwire-sims/ Also use this tool available here, it makes it a lot easier http://combatace.com/files/file/11290-unicode-ansi-file-batch-converter/
  10. very nice!
  11. Try this...."www.f-16.net" I believe they have what you're looking for
  12. Yeah I'd probably do the same. Those concepts of the Cold War were pretty out there, thanks for the link!
  13. May 5th will be 50 years since the late astronaut Alan Shepard flew the first American manned flight into space. I can't believe its been that long. I hope that even though things don't look too well right now for the immediate future of NASA's manned space flight program, we will soon be soaring into space again. Still it's incredible that 50 years ago on May 5th we began this "trend" that continues today.
  14. I'm surprised that a shuttle is going to be displayed next to the USS Intrepid. That has no relation to the shuttle program whatsoever. Yes many USN pilots flew the shuttle, so it would make much more sense to have it displayed at the National Museum of Naval Aviation in Florida than with the Intrepid. I guess since KSC is getting one though, the museum at Pensacola was out of the question. Oh well guess you can't dwell forever, I'll look forward to seeing one in NY, DC, CA or FL whenever I go back to one of these places.
  15. Thanks guys. I have yet to get the mission editor to work though, I've tried for years. I think with WOE it doesn't work very well.
  16. Oh okay, makes sense Thanks a lot
  17. In the F-15E and some other aircraft the realistic OVER-G tone will activate when pulling too many g's. I know this is what the actual aircraft has but is there a way to get rid of it for the game? I know when I'm blacking out that I'm pulling too many g's, and of course slamming 6+ g's on an F-15 abruptly is an easy thing to remember NOT to do. Thanks
  18. Is there a way to change the default distance to a target in WOE when you have Mission start position=near target selected?
  19. The Cosmosphere is great. You're right Wrench that would make perfect sense
  20. I agree, It's not like those places don't already have enough.
  21. Well at least the NMUSAF got something, I'll look forward to seeing the trainer.
  22. I can't believe it, The USAF contributed heavily to the Space Shuttle program from the beginning. I know the whole Challenger accident killed the satellite platform/space systems program. But providing assistance in the many other ways was enough. Not to mention all the USAF pilots that flew them into space. Overall I'm really surprised. Too Bad
  23. It's in Dayton, Ohio next to Wright Patterson AFB. It's an INCREDIBLE MUSEUM!!!!!!
