The mating season! I used to see that in SF1 quite a lot but never with one aircraft unpainted (or are you using a black skin for use with Mue's Viewer?).

A little real world background - During 1937 and 1938 a surprisingly long list of countries (including Japan!) had requested quotations and delivery timescales for the Spitfire leading the UK Air Ministry to allocate a priority list of 12 countries with Estonia in 3rd place behind Belgium (2nd) and France (1st). Another Baltic State interested in the Spitfire was Lithuania who enquired about purchasing 14 Spitfires but this enquiry was never allocated a priority number and lapsed.

Well, my IDF P-40 in the downloads section uses Raven's P-40 so it's clearly nothing personal. Things get released at both of the main sites and I'll give them all a whirl. Look at my posts here and you'll see that for yourself. Something being 'unavailable' could only be an issue if I was planning to release it here... and I'm not!
