  1. Great plane, looking forward to flying it. Have we now got all of Saab's output? Current users of the Gripen are Sweden , Czech Republic and Hungary, so it could see some action in an ultra modern Europe scenario, say against a resurgent Russia flying Su-24s and 27s and Mig 29s and 31s. Also used by South Africa, so could see some action over the Madagascar terrain, maybe against Zimbabwean Hawks or in a modern Red Mad campaign?
  2. You need to make some aggressor weapons. I'm assuming you're using the latest weapons pack (if not then download and install it pronto) Go into the weapons editor and copy the wepons you need - AIM-9's, AIM-7's etc. Then go into the copy weapons by double clicking on them - they should be at the bottom of your list - and change the nation of the weapons to AGRS. Then when you load up the game the aggressors should be flyingwith the appropriate weapons.

  10. File Name: He-111H8/R2 File Submitter: allenjb42 File Submitted: 13 Aug 2006 File Updated: 10 Nov 2008 File Category: Axis Bombers Heinkel He-111H8 Readme In early 1941 30 He-111H3s and H5s were converted to H8 standard with the addition of cable cutting gear mounted on the nose and wings to counter British barrage balloon defences. Performance was, not suprisingly, adversly affected, and the loss of 10 aircraft in short order curtailed the experiment. The specialist equipment was removed and the aircraft were re-designated He-111H8/R2 and used as glider tugs and transports, but still retained their bombing capability. The tow equipment was stowed in the tailcone. This aircraft therefore represents the He-111H8/R2 with towing equipment stowed. This aircraft is a mod of the A-Team's He-111H6, and grateful thanks is given to the various members of the A-Team for their kind permission to undertake this project. I have reproduced the A-Team's H-111H6 readme file below, and please see that for the credits to the original modders. He-111H8 Credits: New FM, new cockpit and alternate loading and hangar screens by Charles Hanger screen by The Wrench Loading screen - He-111H Italeri Box Art Skin - V./KG 55, 1941. Thanks must go to the CFS3 Ground Crew Design Team for their work in creating the skin (I just converted it for use in SF) and for their kind permission in allowing me to bring the skin to the SF community Installation: Extract the Objects and Sounds folders to your main Strike Fighters directory (or Wings Over Vietnam or Europe). Then load up the game and go fly. Thanks to all of the modders who assisted in this project, but especially Charles for taking the time to create a new FM for this plane, to Capun and the A-team for creating the He-111H6 in the first place, and to TK for creating such wonderful sims to fly in.
