That helo sure does look weird and the undercarriage looks as though it was put on after someone had too much to drink... Favourite Helo... normally the one's that got me out of trouble... for when it got hot Ah-64A's not the whizz bang D model that seems to have problems when the metal starts flying... And the Puma that dragged me outta there...

What no Hunter or English Electric Lightning... I love the old Tomcat it brings the big missiles to the fight and shoots you in the face at 100nm and then still has the ability to get down and dirty in a Guns heater fight... (The last one is especially true of the F-14D with it's souped up engines)... But for an early'ish Jet the hunter well she looks wonderful... and the Lightning for her day was awesome... So I had to vote Other...

Might be a good idea to reset it within WOV... I had the problem once and all I did was go back into WOE and reset the throttle by using the entire throttle to tell WOE I was using the throttle for power...

The Current Impala II looks right as it was both a single seater and a twin seat the difference was that the single had a pair of internal 30mm gun's with 300 rounds in the rear cockpit and the weapon's payload is correct from what I remember. Also they didn't build as many singles as they did twin seaters. Remember this was a light attack aircraft usual loadouts would be 4 500lb bombs 2 18 round rocket pods or 4 6 round pods On occasion heat seeking missiles... There is a Mi-24 and an Mi-8 helo out there... so adding them could be straight forward

For me one of the best comments came from an Israeli Girl, of the Orange's, I knew... IF the Arab's where supposed to be able to take over Israel and have failed many times maybe it's god/allah's way of saying that it isn't going to happen??? The reason that the Israel's are buying their new Submarines from Europe is simple the US don't build conventional powered subs anymore just nuke boats and the Israeli navy cannot afford those in both finacial term's and firepower terms. As to the Warship purchase the Israeli's took a look at the latest US ships and the cost for those was nearly twice as much as the German Meko A100's for roughly the same capabilities. Also the missile's that the Israel has on the Dolphin boats is most likely a modidied Anti Ship missile with a nuke warhead so range is going to be around 200km's area or there abouts. But it is still a worthwile weapon to have as it allows for the problem that if Iran (and lets face it they are the very likely to do so given half a chance) hits them first with Nukes they have a viable strike back weapon which the Iranian's have very little ability to defend against. Also the German government does provide the Israeli's a subsidy with regard to weapons that are purchased by Israel. As to Israel Targetting European Cities not a chance as they know they would be totally destroyed by the British Royal Navy's Trident missile's and the French missile's both land based and shore based... And for the patriot system and Arrow they might down a few of them missile's but not all and for Israel only 2 missile's need to get through as they carry multiple warheads... and 6 or 7 warheads hitting Israel spaced out correctly will mean no more Israel they know it and we know it. Also why attack your friends when most of the middle east wants to vapourise you... But hey that's my 2 pence worth...

It is very feasible from what you have listed there and if my memory serves me correctly the list of SAAF jets are correct. As to the Angolan's they had the above plus the Mig-17 as a trainer/ground attack aircraft. Also by around 1985 they had a mixed Angolan/Soviet Su-22 squadron of around 10 jets. They also had Mi-24 Hind and Mi-8 Hip back then... Also remember that Angola also had support from the Cuban's and Soviet's. From what I have read of the South Africa / Angolan Bushwars they had some mobile SAM systems up to the SA-8/9. If you require further info drop me a PM
