in the Russian war i believe it was to fight the invaders, and help Muslim brothers in the case of the foreigners that came to fight. in the American war, while there were many who fought to drive us out there were also many cases of people who got paid to dig a hole, or put a heavy bag in the hole that was dug, or cover that hole up taking care of the command wires coming from the bag. some did their part for their side of the war effort out of belief, some just did what they had to to make 50 or 100 bucks for their family. either one wound up at Bagram if caught though. -

todays exercise in self punishment: this little ole unit also featured a color stripe below the red. yellow or green, and i can only find positive photo confirmation for 7 of 21. add to that, there might be purple in the mix too. the three photos i have for that are too blurry to be certain -

no, its a good catch. my fault for not checking closer, ravenclaw did the model but with alot of input from me the new A was to correct a tractor beam shadow off the old model. and to be honest, i think we both thought of the B as being just like the A save for a second seat. am forwarding this to ravenclaw, at least its caught before the bigger ADF release -

dont know about fake rocket pods, but i made the Hound Dog Pylons on the B-52G_89 into gun pods so they could be selected in the dropdown menu. in my case i wanted them to be selected as there was teh shorter HSAB pylon and the longer Hound Dog one not the best examples out there, but you can compare notes and see if you come up with something that helps B-52G_89_DATA.7z AGM28Pylon2.7z -

ok scratch original response, read post better how assymetrical are you trying to be? stations you can have 32 of, groups are for the likes of the wingtip rails, bombay etc. so stations 1 and 2 might be AAMs, 3 and 4 bombs and TERs. but all part of Group 1 takes a little thinking out but you can manage 6 groups while using all 32 stations Edit: other Kevin beat me to station count while i was retyping my response -

ok, looking up from an older mod, [BigBlade1] <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< or HideBits ParentComponentName=Wing_R ModelNodeName=Cylinder02 DestroyedNodeName=Cylinder02 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< this is the big thing your missing. basically, your turning the part invisible, but it comes back as the destroyed model if you crash DetachWhenDestroyed=TRUE HasAeroCoefficients=FALSE show from cockpit and damaage rating seem to be irrelevant -

allen, you need a couple more serials for the B models? however, i'll leave the rest to you two. crisisloaner; a note: find and download a copy of "USAAF_Stencil" for your tailcodes. will make your USAF planes closer to real, although Iron Eagle wasnt exactly the hieght of accuracy! mandatory screenies, or how to decimate a Soviet Fleet ....... .............and piss off MiGs -

Jarek. a big thank you cause on surface thats the closest to what im looking for so far, and a laugh cause not sure if youre tired or being Yoda Ron, it is outside my scope (90s) but very informative. defineatly a keeper as docs go Im edging more and more towards the 347th Wing and 51st Wing being composite jobs like the 23rd was. lets see what a deep look on the sites shows -

Anyone know a good site to get unit and serial info on the A-10? As im working through my F-16 project, keep thinking of doing more whole wing releases like i did with the 23d Wing. but the other wings arent as well documented as the one that carries the Flying Tigers heritage im looking for something like f-16.net. its proven to be a godsend for the Viper project and there isnt too much reading between the lines on aircraft assignments. -

you know, joe baughers is great for what came off the factory floor, what contracts got cancelled and what crashed. but save for small batch high profile cases (like the B-1B) it tends to be counter productive on the where they were stationed.
