I warp alot, so end up below and behind A Flight when HA appear Remembers seeing them fly right towards a gaggle of Spad 13's in their DVII's Put on my superman cape and poured on the coals to climb and rescue them Onnnnly to see them fly right on by with a slight height advantage over the Spad's Errrrrt, slam on the brakes and dive away from the Spad's now, cussing A Flight all the way It didn't turn out too bad as the gaggle was actually 2 flights, and only 1 chased Eventually they caught us and we battled about even Live long and prosper

Morris, I have both Season I and II on DVD This is a great series with the RL Aces explaining their tactics, step by step I found the 1st Dogfighters a little lacking in the tactics dept as all the Aces are sadly gone There is no tactical detail as the episode seems to be based on books and reports Still worth it, especially at that price

George, Sounds like youn might have multiple controllers in conflict If you install Rudder Pedals, for example, they will have the same 3 Axis as your Joystick The Aileron and Elevator needs to be deleted on the Rudder Peds and the Rudder deleted on the Joystick All can be fouind on Controls\Axis Commands Conflicting throttles is not very common, but I'd check all your controllers just the same All assuming you do have multiple controllers HTH,

Thanks for all your helpful posts I found some videos and he's liking the IL2 Sturmovik on XBox ...Graphics are outstanding! Now I'm trying to explain there's a lot more to a sim than slick graphics FM, Single/Multi Player, Dynamic Campaign, etc Also telling him he should find a good IL2 forum and ask what he needs, etc. But I've never flown IL2, so I don't know where to go Can anyone recommend a good IL2 forum site?

Got it on-line I'm trying to make a connection to get the card tested

My old 7900 SLI set-up used 2 6-Pin power connectors Plugged 1 of these into the 9800 Checked the card closely, there's no other options

Pushing 1000 Watts already I wanted the biggest Dell offered to eliminate these problems My concern is, with the VC drawing 24A, if only 1 Rail (18A) is supplied, then the VC might be starved

9800 list requirements as: 1. 450W with 24A minimum on 12V Rail 2. PCI Express 2.0 Compliant Motherboard 3. One 6 Pin PCIe Power Conn. or 2 available Hard Disk Connectors (adaptor supplied) PS is robust, but will 18A rails combine to provide the 24A? Worth trying the HD adaptor?

You must understand, I'm the novice grasping for any (and every) useful bit of info Thouhght it might give you a better idea of my sys, but obviously you're way beyond this Must be frustrating at your end, not being able to get "hands on" Power connectors are stndard configuration ...Right? If it mates, it should have the same pin-out as the last?
