Here my new post war XI & XIX (S-31) recon spit http://combatace.com/topic/72591-strike-fighters-2-screenshots/page-125 I'm making XIV post war line-up (BAF; RThAF ...) too. I'ld need some indian refereces (serials) to complete the job.

The best pure line Spits were the recon ones: the merlin PR. XI and the griffon PR. XIX. I made both. So we could have a 'real' S 31 and some RDAF and RNAF PR. XI for Jon adventures. Some RAF recon for an early '53 NATO camp by Eric or some TuAF ones for Anatolia Umut's scenery .... Some help should needed to tweak fuel / performances of both planes, any volunteer?

Comunque se non trovi aerei da volare i casi sono due: - non hai inserito la cartella Aircraft del mod (ma non mi pare possibile) - non hai resettato gli anni disponibili per la single mission nel file options.ini [singleMission] AircraftType=A6M3 Service=IJN MissionMap=SOLOMONSWW2 MissionType=SWEEP MissionTime=MORNING MissionWeather=CLEAR AirActivity=RANDOM AirDefenseActivity=RANDOM FlyAll=FALSE LoadMission=FALSE LoadMissionFilename= MissionDate=1944 StartYear=1940 EndYear=1950 EditMission=FALSE se così fosse avendo eliminato (presumo) i jets non avresti nessun aereo per gli anni 1940/50 fammi sapere

As far I looked for those pylons I understood they dont exist. And they aren't useful as no IRM is on board in Yap missions, so I deleted the relative weaponstation from the ini where they were left after copyng that from the stock D ...... BTW this model has a little shadow rope issue unsolved even in YAP 3 so it's no realy good. Sometimes ago I made a Rocaf dedicated version that I sent to Jon for a Formosa campaign optional use with some removed parts but he never used yet.

Ciao Cristiano è calduccia satsera vero? Allora: ovviamente devi reistallare tutto. Poi puoi provare dopo aver lanciato il gioco con gli eseguibili appropriati (ad esempio devi rinominare un file exe ed un file ini in ODSexe ODS.ni per creare la cartella ODS) ad eliminare la cartella appena creata (che è un clone si quella del gioco liscio ...) con la tua vecchia cartella (Es. ODS). Se funziona non lo so ... (alla peggio cancelli tutto fai ripartire l'eseguibile e fai come qui sotto specificato). Altrimenti puoi spostare i vecchi files a blocchi (io l'ho fatto quando ho cambiato PC sono passato a Win 7 64) copiando terrains, Aircraft , decals weapos etc. nella nuova cartella senza toccare l'options/version.ini appena creati oppure singoli files da vecchio a nuovo: a me ha funzionato. Quanto ai cockpits di cui sopra non basta inserire la cartella "cockpit" o "cabina" ci vogliono i relativi cockpit e di regola avionics ini e bisogna che gli stessi siano inseriti nel file ini principale dell'aereo ... Se non riesci mandami il caso pratico che si risolve. Paolo

Erik, any news? We all are waiting to download/upoload something ....... I have finished to remod Marfighters and C6 old MiG-21MF superb skins ... .... so I have to find something more to do in the waitings .. Happy to be here, the best place in the web. @Paul

Very very strange .... the forth waypoint curse! Have you tried to run a vanilla istall using one of all game exes without any mod installed?

As I loved this game sim so much (Me-262/FW-190 Vs B-17 pack ...), I tried several times to reinstall in XP with no luck. Yesterday (due no downloads boring) I made a last effort and it ,,,,,,, works! Some troubles with intro and missions screens colors but the sim it's ok. Yes it's old but it's always fun as I played it in last century. So I'ld like to share this with all You old Tk fans. Enjoy.

Alex spoke for me, too BTW as far I'm lucky enough, I always jumped on the last patch without any issue. Maybe it's timer to begin a big backup ......................

I have a complete SF-2 install plus many modded ones: never had such issue.

The stock skins are ok on my vanilla install. I'll check the mod ones .....
