Is there a CAC Avon Sabre LOD Shadow Fix Available?
paulopanz replied to Geary's topic in General Discussion
Yes I have it in the pipeline, edited by the great ZUR in person and there are some pics around here. 2 models early & later (with IRM rails) in the makings. The skinset is almost done for all the original users but the plane is still in the hangar for data.ini tweakings in Spillone's mighty hands. As I changed the gun positions too the flames, the smoke etc need to be shifted. so be patient and stay tuned, please. -
Well Gents, RWR works fine (Thanks very much Coupi) MK7 seems in place Alex no ECM needed If there aren't anymore suggestions I'll go for the uploaded this evening.

A fantastic model with superb skins! PS: inside "Lewis Gun" folder there aren't "Black" and mostly "Misc" bmps. So the gun is all black ......

Someone could add Martin-Baker Mk 7 for me?
-
The renovated F-8E(FN) was designated F-8P for prolongé (extended life). It was more of an overhaul than a modernization, although some modern equipment was fitted. The entire electrical and hydraulic system was replaced, and the structure was inspected for fatigue and reinforced. A Martin-Baker Mk 7 zero-zero ejection seat replaced the older zero-120 model. The radar and flight control systems were reconditioned. Only the avionics were really modernized. A VOR/ILS system was fitted, as well as an IFF, a GPS, a TACAN, a radar altimeter and a Thompson- CSF Sherloc radar warning receiver. The RWR was fitted in a rectangular fitting on the aircraft's fin, which distinguishes the F-8P from its predecessor. The cockpit layout was also changed and a new inertial navigation system, similar to that of the Mirage F.1, was installed. Despite the overhaul, the “Crouze” (as it was called by the French) was obsolete: it was not adapted to modern warfare environments and maintenance was increasingly difficult and heavy. The Crusader production lines had been stopped a long time ago and the French Navy depended on the Davis-Monthan AFB boneyard in Arizona for spares, when it didn't have to manufacture them itself. That's what I found. Thanks Coupi I'll test the RWR. No ECM on board? It seems not.

Hey Gents, I have an F-8 FN DLC Enhancement pack ready to upload. Inside the pack there is the F-8P too, with new Denis Olveira 3D parts added .... What I'ld need are some data/cockpit/avionics.inis tweakings to portrait this later model, anyone interested ?

F-104A and C Pack (Ajundair) for SF2 by SupGen
paulopanz replied to SupGen's topic in File Announcements
Good work. BTW the removed gun by data.ini always shows in early F-104A .... no way to delete it from model and textures too? And a question: had PAF, RJAF & RoCAF F-104A guns ? -
+1

could you upload, please? Thanks.
