  5. Yeah.. it's obviously nothing close to reality, but it makes for interesting missions in the map....
  6. Did some testing, along with Spectre_USA, and the main issues are CTDs from WOE in the GroundFormations.dll, and weapons selections. It's recommended to tweak the loadouts individually for your weapons selection, such as we both use the Community weapons pack, but sometimes the aircraft are a bit... "naked", so it's a do what you can. Also, noticing alot of discrepencies as far as SAM on the NATO side... Since it's "now", more than likely it'll be what you put in, such as the HAWK, Marder Roland, etc. Nothing specific but the amount of Red Air is quite alot, to reflect the gobs that supposedly flies. However I'll be adding a modded Nations.ini that puts the quality of Soviet at POOR.

  9. THe only thing I can possibly think of is just how the default location is setup, as opposed to TW's engine has it. more than likely it's set at the "default" setting for decals, hence the bleed?

  12. THanks, it's actually based off the MIG-23UB scheme that Soulfreak posted in another topic. I just got the hankering to do it. I'm contemplating a "What If" MIG-29 US Aggressor.
  13. I noticed them, and it's probably because you set the markings in the mission editor to US. If you set it to Flying Monkey Airforce but your setting it to FRIENDLY, it doesn't matter. I fly Soviet jets off the US decks and leave it as such, the main concern is you set it to FRIENDLY. And it's pretty nice, but roll rate still suffers though..

  17. I think on that note I really didn't need hyper realistic stuff. Most of the shading is ok so while I'm figuring out ways to maybe enhance it, it's not a priority, nor are the tanks. When I get WOE V2 I may start touching with that, with 331Killerbee's topic elsewhere, mainly the different squadrons and such, that's my most major complaint, but nothing I can do about that right now.
  18. Check the Works In Progress thread, as if I remember correctly, hgbn is working on an Europe Map. Personally I'd be happy with just Germany (WOE) and a real Norway terrain. But I guess the rest can fit in too

  20. Well if it's complete by your standards I will, but right now it'll come with two schemes, the famous "MIG-28" and the splinter I did for Vampyre. The green/grey splinter needs tweaking. But don't fear! I got the temps sorted out so I can add that too.

Well despite the fact I'm still in Afghanistan, Lady Luck came to me and gave me a good ol' darn internet drop, so that means I can spend a little more time on the project than trying to squeeze in the MWR line. Gotta pay for it... but it's worth it. Got bored today and started a "MIG-23" scheme:
