  3. I don't know how to reduce air activity. What I can recomend, is to have a terrain in wich there are no trees at all. If you are interested, the author of the pack sent me once the terrain with all the details and textures, but plain, no trees. That helped a lot. I had preetty much the same problem. Just send a PM if you are interested!
  4. Hi there!!! I am in an in-work new SFP1 terrain featuring the North Atlantic Ocean. It is called Norwegian Sea, featuring a Soviet invasion of Iceland. It is just like the newly released SF" North Atlantic PAck. This is just for SFP1. I have been working on it for the last three months, and it will be available probably in 3 months. :)

  7. Thanks for your help!!!! I wanted to include AAA in the SAM sites because I wanted them to have defences both for low-fliyng aircrafts (Wild Weasels for instance) and high-flying aircrafts. So you say it is not possible to have AAA, SAM laucnhers and SAM Radars in the same site? Thanks for your time!!!
  8. Hi there!!!! Is there any tutorial on how to create SAM sites??? I tried it myself and have some serious trouble, like, for examples, the SAM RADAR not appearing when adding AAA. THANKS!!!!!
  9. Thanks for your help guys!!! Very usefull!!!!!!
  10. Hit there!!! I am testing my newly created terrain, Norwegian Sea. The harbors are densely populated (Tankers, cargo ships, trawlers, cranes, etc.) and I have included very dense air defences (AAA, Hawks) OH Perry-class ships are also in the harbors. The strange thing is that when SAMs fire, some of them self-destruct. Only some of them, not all of them. Only SAM launchers self destruct, not the radars. In Soviet SAM sites this also happens. Any idea?? Thanks!!!!
  11. Hi there!! I was just testing Air Defence Sites for my in-progress Norwegian Sea terrain, and I "discovered" that friendly anti radiaton missiles have some kind of IFF as regards radars. The site is composed of HAWK batteries and its radars and AAA. The funny thing is that Shrikes, HARMs and other friendly anti-radiaton missiles don't home on the targets. Russian made Kh-23's do home on them, and are deadly!!!! I just wanted to share my experiences
  12. It doesn't. I tried it. It's a real pitty
  13. I hope it works for WINGS OVER EUROPE!!!!!
  14. Hi there!!! I have SFP1, but maybe, what I'm about to say applies to SFP2 too. Probably, the terrain_DATA.ini files of GH2 and 3 are different, that's why the city textures are wrong. I don't know if you can have half a GH2 and half GH3 terrain. Probably yes, take a look at the _DATA.ini file. As far as I know, that may work. I hope what I said helps you!!!
  15. Hi there!!! Is it possible to actually take-off verticaly with a Harrier?? How do you do it? Because when I try, having the nozzles pointed downwards, the aircraft moves, from side to side, but doesn't lift like a helicopter. Or is it that the Harrier is Short take-off and Vertical Landing?? Thanks!!!
Alguna Idea?? Muchas Gracias!!!
  17. Does enyone have a working texturelist for desert tiles? I am interested in creating desert terrains (Horn of Africa, Yemen and Oman, Iran, etc) but I lack the texturelist.ini. If someone could send it to me I would be very happy!! Thanks!!! Ignacioc91
  18. Thanks for your help!!!!! That's the info I needed
  19. It's a pitty that version of the Canberra never made it into service. Greets!!
  20. Hi folks!!! I was wondering, and probably I am not the only one . It would be nice if CombatAce had an instant messaging system, jus like the one on Facebook.com Greets!!!
  21. That's right. The gun and the turret worked well per se, but there were poor results in the global performance. In fact, the gun increased the overall stability of the aircraft. I didn't know there were issues as regards the radar
  22. GREAT!!! I have never been to an air show, but I'd like to go to one
  23. Only 1 Pave Cat Canberra was produced, but it never entered combat due to poor results. I hope it helps!!! 25. I love CombatAce because of the great mods I can find, and the valuable help I get form the members, no matter how strange or stu***id my questions are hahaha. Every time I have a problem, there're tons of people willing to help.
