    Hi Chaps If I have Combat ace set up as COMBAT ACE MOD visuals it keeps throwing up pape errors. If I have it set up as IPB 2.1 default there are no visual errors but this looks a bit naf. Its only had these problems since combat ace went down. Cheers Pete

    Hello Mate You have to un-install old drivers first so they don't conflict. If the 66.93 drivers don't work ( which would be very rare ) you can roll back the driver as Windows XP keeps a copy in system restore.Don't worry about it I've been building PC's for many years. Enjoy Pete :) :)

    You're running the 71.24 drivers To find out Right cick any where on your desk top Left click Properties Left click settings then advanced then your graphics card Or you could find them in Start programs accessories system info.     Hi Mate I use to run a Radeon 9800pro,The 6800GT pissers all over it. Long Live Nvidia The 6800GT Runs Pacific Fighters so smooth & glitch free it makes shooting down the japs a real pleasure. Cheers Pete

    Hi Mate I use 66.93 drivers.Iv'e found the newer drivers cause problems as they are mainly written for the new pci express cards.I just use the default settings & let the sim decide what to do.I can't be bothered overclocking & stuff like that.If it works ok leave it alone.Hope this is of use to you.     Hi Mate Can you borrow another card from somewhere if it does it then you know its not the graphics.If it dosn't do it take it back & swap it for a Nvidia based card something like the 6600GT.I have a very simular system to you the only differance being I use a 2600+ chip & a 6800GT graphics card & can play all of the above with no problems at all.     Hi Mate Try uninstalling it and re-installing it make sure both CD1 & CD2 are clean. I have no problems installing it stand alone.But its better merged with Forgotton battles. Hope this is of use Pete PS do you have clone cd installed on your machine.If so righthand click the icon in the systems tray & un tick Hide CDR Media.The only item you should have ticked is Autostart.

    Hi Chaps Has anybody bought a copy of the above,I have & in my opinion don't waste your money on it.The game is a bit like an arcade game.Theres not many flyable machines.Its not a patch on sims like pacific fighters or Wings over vietnam. Will have to wait for Oleg to bring his version out hopefully in the not to distant future. Cheers Pete

    Sorry mate Have read the report.The RAF still has the best pilots in the world.Followed closely by the USAF then the Russians.Perhaps not the russian pilots but more what they fly. Cheers Pete
