No, it's correct. it's because the canard in this case is a ''control canard", and they work almost in the same way as in the Grippen and Typhoon. look here: http://media.photobucket.com/image/canard%20stealth/robban75/Gripencontrolsurfaces1.jpg and here, in 0:19 seconds, its show exactly what i'm talking
