smudger when you start game what version shows up on splash screen?you'll see the numbers on bottom of screen,and no question is a stupid question

I'm not going to make an issue on this one..he said it's just a joke as there really is a Operation Frenchpoint add-on.I thought it was funny but some people really took offence..i guess maybe i shouldn't have posted it but it was kinda cute.not meant to be offenceive. I served with the French on a UN peace keeping force and i must say they were some really neat guys..and the food they had was 1st rate.we traded MREs for their rations once..then they wouldn't trade anymore

Below is a list of what to expect in this long awaited add-on pack. FRENCH WEAPON ADD-ONS -Rochefort cheese (a small piece of cheese to replace the K bar knife. This is pushed into the face of enemy soldiers to render them unconscious from the smell. -Depends adult diapers (restores health in the same way that medics do with other nationalities) -French passports (a very effective weapon in the french arsenal. Player uses these by throwing them at enemy players during the game. If the other player is from a poor 3rd world country they will drop their weapons, change into civilian clothes and leave the game) -Puegot armored vehicle (a very fast moving vehicle featuring 3 reverse gears and 1 forward gear) -High frequency backpack radio (primarily used to call in heavy support which comes in the form of M1A1 Abrams tanks, AH-64 Apache helicopters and A-10 aircraft) Note that using the french add-on weapons pack usually requires US Weapon Add-on packs. -White handkerchiefs (modeled after the original french government issue) This is just a partial list of what to expect in the upcoming "Operation Frenchpoint" add-on pack. I've been watching the forums and sending e-mails asking about OFP2 and as soon as I hear more will post it.

I have been playing a mission by toadlife for OFP called"operation Lojack 2"i had the origional and loved it but this one blows everything away.and his other missions rock..dead by dawn,and the others.and Lojack is also available with the a version that requires the BAS ranger add-on and a MP version.i highly recommend this mission. find them at toadlifes place at: http://www.toadlife.net/ofp/index.php he even has the Ranger add-on so you can get both versions.

Ok all you Fort flyers..time to out of the closet and head over to bombs-away.net and sign up for the v8th ops. we're just starting 2nd campain and could use the help.Heck even the real bomb groups are starting to recognise us! everything you need to get started is there all the patches,the OMF modifier,to change files,and all kinda art,nose art and graphics also. when I saw this site I thought of the Anti-Hunters that come to my area each fall and make wild claims about the number of deer killed illegally or just shot and left.They make all these claims that they posted on the site and yet the US Military,who is actaully there,claims alot less than they do...so I guess I'll go with the military count. As for CBUs..do I like them?,i like anything that saves American lives.do I think they should be used in civilian areas? well look at the facts..the iraqi military dug in and fought from civilian areas..so I guess that makes the point mute..if the enemy is there..we attack.

what a waste of time and bandwidth. I looked this over and had one of the best laughs I've had in a while.I can only imagine the I.Q. of thos ewho actaully took the time to do a site like this.The only thing I can figure is this is a bunch of people that don't like cluster bombs and don't like the U.S. or our soldiers. But In their defence..it's good for a laugh.

Conner the displays do change with the different settings.you can change game setting in the option menu(You proably know that but i just had to put it in).

ok everybody cop a chill...no need to get your nickers twisted because somebody decides to wait for awhile on projects..and updating a web page.and who says he's pissed.heck I have days when I want to just drop every game i have off the hard drive and play solitaire.and Jeff doesn't dictate what can be said..this is an open forum and theres lots of people who say whats wrong with this sim.it's called creative feed back and TK needs that fix the problems.the problem comes when people want to go a a rant about it.no problem can get fixed over night and if anybody thinks it can they have no business in flight sims.they should stick to "paint ball"or solitaire. No the sim isn't perfect but at least TK is working on it.Thats more than can be said for some sims...theres already been 1 patch..and a 2nd on way soon.people say what they want I'll leave this one on the HD and dump CFS3 so fast(which I voted CFS3 the most expensive coaster award).So just be patient,i know it's an over used staement but in this case it will be worth it.

personaly I'd steer ya to the REAL airwing..Marine Air! CAS..CAS and more CAS.F/A-18s,Harriers,and assorted attack helos. talk to a recruiter..all Marines start in the same place..but i believe you have to have a college degree to become an aviator.
