thank you very much for the answer. BTW, I've found the reason why there was no afterburner effect on some F-16s: I only had installed the viper team's mods which do not include F100PW_BURNER.TGA that the ini files you modified require. So I installed F-14 Super Pack uploaded by Specture8750 which has the TGA. And then, problem solved.

which difficulty of the FM should I choose to make it more realistic? normal or hard?
