  1. After initial public review...Version 2 is up...fixes, enhancements and new stuff... If you installed Version 1, I recommend that you delete all the previous "F-104*" folders from the ...\Objects\Aircraft and Decals folders before you install version 2. You don't have to, but if you don't, you will retain a bunch of dupe files I removed in version 2. V

  3. Thanks all... I found 3 variants of the F-104 (4 if you include the B model) model types on CA. One was obscure (SuperGen?), so I passed on that. The version Wrench used, I liked, but I went with the TW ones just in case there were some weirdness I didn't know about when replacing stock TW folders with none standard models. However, I did use the other model for the F-104B/D/Fs because I could not find a two seater model from TW stock... I added a bunch of F-104B and some new Ds in the next version as well as the S variants... Thanks again! V

    Forgot to mention, the F-104C_65 are the Da'Nang Vietnam era F-104s. The posted pix are just a small sample of the different F-104s in the pack!

    Hmmm...you didn't have SF2NA?...interesting. I have no idea why it didn't work, but I am guessing not having SF2NA had something to do with it. Maybe Dave's Cockpit ini does not use something you were missing by not having SF2NA? Maybe I will add his cockpit ini in the next pack in the Extras folder as a patch for people without SF2NA...Wondering if anyone else had this issue? I am glad you got it working... V

    I just tested the mod, everything seems to be fine on my end? Do you have a full merged install? I have a full suite of SF2 plus all the updates and DLCs...What is your install? Did you download the full pack or just the patch? If just the patch, try the full pack. Do you have SF2NA? If not, try editing the F-22A.INI file as stated in the post above yours. Other than that? I have no idea why it is not working for you... Let me know...

    As of V2.2, there is a requirement for SF2NA for this mod as the F-22As will now use the latest F-14 Avionics. If you do not have SF2NA, you may have to revert the changes in the F-22A.INI file for this mod to work properly in non-SF2NA installs. AvionicsDLL=Avionics70.dll //AvionicsDLL=AvionicsF14A.dll You can download the "Full v2.2 Mod Pack" (Recommended) or the v2.2 "Patch Only" (not both) to upgrade from v2.0 to v2,2.
  10. My thoughts... If TK ever gave that up, it would mean he is done with any future SF2 revenue? I don't think any developer would do that (for free) and give up the rights to any future revenue. Falcon was one of the exceptions I think. But, it would be nice. What I REALLY REALLY wish SF2 had was the multiplayer mode back. That would be perfect. Viper

  12. So, FM and I was looking at the INI files. FM helps me a lot with the INI files...and we noticed that Radar settings are higher in the DATA.INI file than in the "F-12_AVIONICS.INI". So I bumped up the "F-12_AVIONICS.INI" to match the "YF-12_DATA.INI". We also corrected the weight of the AIM-47...both will be in the next release. But if you want to try the new Radar settings, change the following in the "F-12_AVIONICS.INI" file.
