If I remember good there was some problem with this bomb. Possible you have weight 1000 kg and should be 453 .

Same about ECR ? Edit : Ok, my fault with decals ;-) I added 36Stormo to package and texture set is for 6 Stormo. Unpack it to decals. https://filetransfer.io/data-package/qdvmLr6o And check in weapons MK83_LDGP mass .

Ok, I've deleted all Tonkas I have and did install from download. 2.3 then 2.3a then 2.3b. Try delete files and reinstall ones.
