I just merged the model without the texture after resetting the material and saved it. Then, I started a new 3ds Max file and merged the saved file without any material settings, and it worked with no more shadows in-game. Thank you again for your help, my dear friends. Now I need to reset all the materials and test to see if everything is okay after setting everything up.

I just found out that even making a simple box and adding a slice plane or just extracting one end of the edges I get the same shadows. and these are the settings under the preferences

I tried this my dear ravenclaw but unfortunately didn't work. Thank you my dear swambast but that didn't work either I don't no what is happening did happen to me before. No the canopy is uvw mapped correctly and I checked and there isn't any overlapping the transparency. I really don't know. No they are not and they are not in the model but so how they show in the model only in the game and the LOD viewer.
