  5. Flyable MIG23's for WOI (ONLY)

I have taken the stock MIG 23's from WOI and made them flyable. Download them all as one package right here.
They all have cockpits and are ready to go.

I have included 1024x768 loading screens for those who want that resolution, go into the airplane folder and change the names of the files if you can't use 1680x1050.

Flyable MIG 23's pack for WOI only.

I have gathered the stuff from Combatace.com, credits go to:

    Armourdave
    Ordway
    Neles
    Sal
    Pasko

Please let me know if you find your work in this package without being properly credited.

    - Added Cockpit Seats to all models
    - Added landing lights to all models
    - Adjusted pylons to fix bug of ordnance being inside drop tank
    - Custom sounds
    - Adjustments of textures

    Installation:

1 BACKUP your original MIG23 models in folder /Aircraft and put them in a safe location
2 Copy the files inside aircraft folder to /Aircraft Don't forget to overwrite the existing files. You can alos just move the original files to a different location so you don't have to overwrite.
3 Copy the files inside /Sounds folder to /Sounds
4 Please check if you have avionics.70.dll as it is required.

    Go fly the awesome MIG23:)

  12. Tu-95M (Alpha - AI only)

This is ALPHA of Pasko's Bear. Please feel free to improve mod as much as possible.
    AI only - for now.
Thx goes to Pasko, Pappy and yours truly.
Special thx goes to MoonJumper /he knows why/

    Cheers and good hunting.

P.S> Please note (again) that this is ALPHA mod - still much work to do. When goes to payware - 3d will be changed a lot and virtual pit will be nice one

Edit > ALPHA Version 0.95/1 some stuff are changed, added chaff/flares - in later years they had them, Jug lights, and Capun suggested me some changes. Thx guys, and thx goes to Gepard too - for his effort. This is still alpha release, so more changes needed to beta status. Pasko is in Europe, when back, he will make proper bomb-bay.

Cheers - and thank you for your interest for this "target"

  14. NKPAF MiG-15bis "The Hunters" Mod

MiG-15bis, North Korea "The Hunters" Mod

    For SF/WoV/WoE/WoI

A small mod of Pasko's MiG-15bis into a 'nation specific' version as used by the NKPAF during the Korean War, and badged as seen in the movie "The Hunters". Albeit THIS version is a MiG-15, not a repainted F-84F <vbg>

This is an INCOMPLETE mod, meaing that I'm NOT supplying the aircraft lods, or the new Mig-15 cockpit by Richard Ordway -which is a MUST have!!!!-, or any of the other skins. So, this means YOU MUST HAVE THE MIG-15 INSTALLED TO COPY THE NEEDED PARTS FROM. Or download a fresh one from CombatAce, or wherever. See "To Install" below for a full parts list, and detailed instructions.

This is, basically, a re-decaling of the original North Korean silver skin as supplied with the aircraft, when first released. I've included the "GermanNum" tgas that are stock, 3rd Wire units. This makes it easier to have exactly the numbers I want to show on the aircraft. I cannot vouch for their histroical accuracy, but they look just fine on the nose. The lead aircraft represents "7-11" aka Casey Jones 'The Crapshooter', and his dice nose art, as well has the bort number of 7-11.

This mod has NOT been tested in WoI, but as the standard 15bis seems to work OK, this one should as well. Use at you own risk, however. The FM in in the data ini is as originally released; it has not been adjusted as per some of the newer versions as released by TazKiller and Dave.

As usual, you are ORDERED by our Beloved Leader to read the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions on installing The People's MiG to your game. As well as the expected "Notes & Comments" section by the Political Officer. Your diligence will be rewarded....

  18. Yak-25B Addon

The Yak-25B was a tactical strike variant of the Yak-25 interceptor. Although it never proceeded beyond the prototype stage due to the development of the Yak-28, it is an interesting "what-if" aircraft.

  25. IAF Rakshak Flogger-B

    ===============/ Indian Air Force "Rakshak" ( MiG-23MF mod. ) Flogger-B v1.0 Readme /========================

    A. installation :

    1. Place the Rakshak folder in your Strike Fighters/Objects/Aircraft, or your
    Wings Over Vietnam/Objects/Aircraft folder.
    2. Place the four .wav files inside the "Add To Sounds Folder" in your
Strike Fighters/Sounds, or your Wings Over Vietnam/Sounds folder.
    3. Your copy of Strike Fighters should be pached to SP3.1 standard.
Your Wings Over Vietnam should be patched to Patch 2 standard.
    4. You should have the most current version of the Weapons Pack installed.
( Weapons Packs availible at http://www.combatace.com/

    B. Notes:

    1. The Rakshak is intended for Indo-Pakistan Campaigns & Missions. The Rakshak
is the MiG-23MF built under licence in India by HAL. Unlike Soviet/WP -23MFs
the Rakshak recieved minor improvements to include the ability to carry up to
eight HAL AA-8 Aphid missiles. While we have photos of static display Rakshaks
with these AA-8s installed. The normal warload for the Rakshak thoughout most
of it's career appears to have been both SAHM & IRM versions of the HAL AA-7,
& the loadout.ini reflects this. The data.ini also gives you the option to
carry a full 8x HAL AA-8s as well.

    2. Rakshaks entered serviced with the Indian Air Force in 1982. They served in general
service until 2003 before being withdrawn & replaced by both MiG-29s & Su-30s. How-
ever, limited numbers of the Rakshak remain in service with the TACDE Training Command
    Of the Indian Air Force.

    C. Dredits :

    1. Special thanks to Ghostrider883 for research help & skins for both versions of the Rakshak.
    2. Thanks to the Wrench for his excellent Hangarscreens.
    3. Thanks to Fubar512 for his MiGEngine & Soviet RWR sounds mod.
    4. Thanks to Rafael, Column5 & the original Team Flogger for allowing to mod the Rakshak in the first place.
    5. And special thanks to Bpao for graciously allowing me to use his revision of Rafael's original Flogger
    Model.

These guys did all the hard work & deserve the Lion's Share of the Credit. Original version readmes included so
everybody gets the proper credit that they deserve...
