About This File

This version of the Taube is armed with a handful of grenades instead of a rifle. many thanks to all the people who worked on the original Taube and a special thanks to Stephen1918 who was kind enough to make time to alter his model to remove the gunner. All work on this is really the efforts of others and my only contribution was to bundle it up. Any issues please direct to me and I'll do my best to fix them as soon as I can.

Very appreciative of your work, here. I can't seem to be able to launch grenades. On the pre-flight screen it is blank under the pull down box for loadout entries. If flight, neither land nor aerial weapons selection (\ or backspace) make them show. To trial, I changed M17 grenades to HGrenades in the Taube G's loadout file, but no dice. Help appreciated.

Big Al - If you are using FE1, then you need to convert the Loadout file to ANSI instead of Unicode.

Thanks for your response. I am indeed in FE1 but have no idea on how to convert the Loadout file to ANSI. Without bothering you too much, do you know if it is downloadable somewhere in ANSI? Or is it easy to convert? Again - I thank you.

Big Al,

Open the file using Notepad. Go to "Save As..." (not "Save") At the bottom of the box is a place where you can change from Unicode to ANSI. I sent the file to you attached to a PM.

You- Stephen1918- are a very nice person !

Thanks for the explanation and thanks for sending me the file.

Little things sometimes go a long way and bring some joy, as I know you know.

Thanks!
