If you don't own these aircraft, you will find their URLs at the bottom of the page. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The livery is kept in its original jpg format. On the equipment page, you will see: Su-35S, also repeated in the ini texture set,
As always recommended, unzip the file to a temporary folder or to your desktop for easy access
