GKABS Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Hello, I have been making a drag chute all the time, and it works fine for me using the resize modifier with all the jet models, and it works perfectly, but I am trying to add it to the A-4 Skyhawk as a weapon station, and it doesn't change size Any idea or suggestion would be really helpful. What INIs did you change on the jets that work and is there a significant difference in the A-4 INIs. I'm just looking at this as an IT software tech support issue and the first thing I always checked is basic differences in configurations. It sure looks like the sim at least recognized the 3D object definition. What INI parms are used to determine object location and size? I'm assuming you don't want it to show up without some sort of animation trigger? I am NOT a 3D guy :(. Just brainstorming...............................

I did something similar for someone here (Stratos?) on MiG-21... ah... but I think It will not work as a weapon station...It must be defined as airbrake...or separate animation on Shift+ something key 1

If any one can give me a like to a model that I can see how it is done that will be great.

If you can send me a link to a model with a chute, that would be great. By the way, the chute in the LOD viewer works well, no problem.
