New Campaign Stuff

Recommended Posts

For those of you who are interested, you can now add Aces with their own skin. Unpack the Operation Michael campaign data file and look for these entries under Jasta 11:

KnownAce[01].LastName=Richthofen

KnownAce[01].FirstName=Manfred

KnownAce[01].RankID=5

KnownAce[01].NumMissions=129

KnownAce[01].AirKills=64

KnownAce[01].AircraftNumber=28

KnownAce[01].Texture=RichthofenM

The two Richtofens are the only ones with custom skins in the stock Operation Michael campaign, but I'm sure you budding modders can remedy this! :biggrin:

Yes, I have been playing with this set of commands and its yeilding some interesting results. Haven't quite got it down as to how much it changes the pilots way of flying so far.

Nice1 Guys!!!!

I noticed that U cant fly the seasons terrains in single , only camp I think couldn't get 2 MP always Hangs

even in( Le Missionneur 2006) no joy cambrai has only 1 , but maybe that depends on the month u start the mission ?!!! I didn't try that :blind:

only wanted to know if the 3 terrain folders showed up as an option.

BUT I'M sure this Can be put right also.

I noticed that the metal cowls have the own lighting now , IE the fuse has about 10% ambient sheen lighting and the ali about 40%

Not Keen on the twin spanduas the AEG pilot has , they only point at the front gunner, maybe hes a "conchy" & there only there as some "gentle persuasion" :smile:

The AEG shouldnt be flyable, the TW guys forgot to remove the cockpit entry (Alb DIII pit) fromt he AEG.ini which was made flyable for a test....

So the "flyable" AEG is a bug which sneaked into the release. And yes, TK already knows about it.

A bug which would shortly have become standard for everyone anyway. Like we all didn't make the AI planes flyable in FE when we got it. :wink:

Yep. I'm already flying the SPAD VIIs. :wink: For the AEG you just need to find an existing bomber cockpit that might work better.

Gambit...The seasons work in Single Missions too. Fall shows up end of September, Snow end of November thru end of January....or thereabouts. :biggrin: See the screenshots in the other thread.

ps...TK has posted the Snow dates are Nov. 26 - Jan. 27.

How could this work with SFP1, doesnt it need code thats only in the expansion pack? Will adding those lines to a campaign work with WOV and WOE also?
