why do all these chinese planes look like the messed up "made-in-china" toys they sell at the dollar store?

is it possible that these are not designs for advanced chinese aircraft, but designs for toys intended to capitalize on the current stealth fighter craze so that the manufacturing companies don't have to seek permission from lockheed and the USAF to make toy F-22s and -35s? Maybe the chinese government just happened to have somebody see these in their proposed design folders, and paranoia and the media has expanded the belief that these are actually going to be fighters.

if you look, those pictures look like they're right off some cheap snap-together model boxes.

either that, or the chinese have a heck of a lot to spend on copycat designs for fighters.

Yet another plane designed by someone who was thinking "cool" and not "would this thing actually work?"

Guess they don't need any fuel or armament, and let's not even talk about those improbable wings. Someone ever think of trying that in a wind tunnel? Not hardly...

i like very much the idea of the ace combat-like aircrafts

and, by the way, if someone don't thinks out-of-schemes, what will happen to the evolution?

impossible, but it could get a chance anyway

A F-5 as a two seater would be cool but not like a T-38 more like a Hunter side by side

I don't know, that sounds wierd. Besides, the T-38 is narrow, the widening you'd need to do to make a side-by-side cockpit would totally alter the lines.

I think he means the training versions of the Hawker Hunter, which do indeed have side-by-side seating.
