You know, like those sour sweets (candy for you guys on the wrong side of the pond) that are so sour they almost blow your head off and make you pull a really funny face? When I was a kid in Alabama, my Uncle tricked me by telling me to have one of those green grapes that fell off that tree. E-numbers be damned, I don't worry about such things lol. Next they'll be saying that smoking and drinking are bad for you! When I was on hols in Florida a couple of years ago I found that the ones over there were much more sour than ours. Then we had good fun all day getting people to try one and watching as, without exception, they made that "ugh, sour!" face as they ate it.
