+76.IAP-Blackbird Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 Would say damping factor of the front gear, I forgot if it was 0.6 or 6.0 Have to look at home for the right entry Quote
rovert97 Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 it looks like it has the F-15 runway bounce syndrome look up the fix for that and you may find your answer Quote
+Veltro2k Posted November 14, 2008 Author Posted November 14, 2008 Would say damping factor of the front gear, I forgot if it was 0.6 or 6.0 Have to look at home for the right entry played with that already,,no difference Quote
Silverbolt Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 (edited) well, i'm not sure but it may be an Over throttle problem... EDIT: Erm, OMG how dumb i am. Edited November 14, 2008 by Silverbolt Quote
Jug Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 well, i'm not sure but it may be an Overtrust problem... Yea, that overtrust thing usually leaves you sitting on your bottom............................Sorry, just couldn't resist. Quote
+76.IAP-Blackbird Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 CG interesting, never thought about it, have to check some other planes, thanks fubar. Quote

+Veltro2k Posted November 14, 2008 Author Posted November 14, 2008 Move your CG forward. cg position ,,,hmmm ok will try Quote
sparkomatic Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 also check this: Nose: RollingRadius=0.1 [LeftGear] RollingRadius=1.0 "rolling radius" essentially tells it how big the tires are...you have a factor of ten off from the nose and main gear...might want to check that... Quote
+Veltro2k Posted November 14, 2008 Author Posted November 14, 2008 thank you all for your help..it took a small modification of cg, and rolling radius to fix it Quote
+76.IAP-Blackbird Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 All forgot to say thank you veltro for your damn nice Tu95!!!! I like it alot! Quote
WombRaider Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Move your CG forward. with the 3 number system, how would you move that forward?? CGPosition=0.0,0.0,0.0 I have added to the middle number, but I would really like to know what the 3 coordinates do. Warren Quote
WombRaider Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Okay, I figured that much from all the other toying. So let me get this straight.... CGPosition=0.0, <-- Would be left or right 0.0 <--Would be leaned forward or back what would the final number mean? Warren Quote
+russouk2004 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 (edited) 5.0,5.0,5.0 means.........in 3d world of 3ds max....... 0.0,0.0,0.0 being the centre of the model so, first 5.0 is 5 metres to left or right is -5.0 2nd 5.0 is 5 metres forwards of centre... and 3rd is 5 metres up the minus before the 1st number... eg: -5.0 ..... means to left of centre and 5.0 means to right... Edited November 15, 2008 by russouk2004 Quote
+Veltro2k Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 Just put a point and move it to the center of the fuselage Quote
Fubar512 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 5.0,5.0,5.0means.........in 3d world of 3ds max....... 0.0,0.0,0.0 being the centre of the model so, first 5.0 is 5 metres to left... 2nd 5.0 is 5 metres to back... and 3rd is 5 metres up In the world of TW data.ini files, the first "5.0" value (as you wrote it) would translate to five meters offset to the right, the second would be five meters offset forward, though you got the last one right; a positive figure there would mean 5 meters above the centerline -5.0,-5.0,5.0 is what you meant, Russ Quote
