WCATC John Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 those are all some really sweet shots. Some of them you have to stare at a little bit to make sure they are not real!!! Quote

Gustav Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Screens of the last week on FS and FSX! Ciao ! Quote
Rambler 1-1 Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 Gustav, where did you get all those gorgeous airplanes? Those are some of the nicest screenshots I have ever seen! Anyway, I just discovered that (some) CFS planes work in FS9, so I took out this fantastic P-40E. Great plane, but a bit difficult to land with that massive nose! "Sure, yours is more eoconomical, but mine is a heck of a lot cooler!" Quote
Gustav Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 Thanks Rambler ! Fot the planes, they are all freeware except the Me 109G and Me 262A (from Flight replicas) and the F-18, find with FSX Acceleration. For the freeware, you can find them on Sim Outhouse or Simviation . Your P-40 is really nice too, where did you find this plane ? Some new screens ; the Mustang (from Shockwave), the Spitfire (from RealAir) and the P-38 (from SkyUnlimited) are payware for FSX. The Sabre (from Section8 for FS9/FSX) and the Auster (for FSX) are freeware and are really superbs ! Quote
Rambler 1-1 Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 The P-40 is actually a CFS2 plane from simviation, by K. Malinowski and J. McDaniel. The one there is version 2, and I'm currently having some problems getting the updated version 3 to work properly. It's worth it for the nicer flight model, though. Fantastic plane to fly, but a bit of a b!tch to land! Is your second-last pic there an Auster? Looks nice. And I HAVE to know what kind of graphics card you're using. Quote
Gustav Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Yes, it's an Auster J-1 Autocrat ; this little plane is one of the most fantastic freeware addon for FSX (not FS9), find on Sim-Outhouse, as many skins! About my graphic card, I have two ATI 4870 on Crossfire ! The original screen is 1680x1050 (Bmp, 6 Mo !)and after editing (all my screens are edited) is 1280x800 (Jpeg, about 400 Ko!) Bye, Quote
Gustav Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Some of my last screens on FS9 (Me 109 & 262) and FSX (Spitfire,Hellcat,Lightning and Thunderbolt) .... Bye ! Quote
UK_Widowmaker Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Some lovely screenies there guys! Here's a few of mine Quote
Rambler 1-1 Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 I found my new favorite mount! unfortunately, I only have this one pic, I was having too much fun to stop and take a picture while landing on mountaintops in the alps, flying the Grand Canyon route and hopping around the northern oilfields and thousand islands. LOVE this plane! yeah, yeah. I know my graphics aren't stellar. No driver for my card on Windows 7 yet, so it's kludged together for now. Anyway... Bonus points if you can name the plane. Quote
