While waiting for my main computer to get fixed, I experimented with the hi-res Fokker textures I am working on by running them in large dogfights on my gaming computer. I ran 512 and 1024 versions for comparison and, while the 512s DID run faster, the 1024 skins did not cause frame-rates to fall below 35fps.

After finishing a couple of skins for the India / pakistan Mod, i went back to a project where i was working on some time ago. redone all markings and now the basic is ready, so that i can do the real skinning.

2 are ready and some more will follow. after that i hope that Marcelo gets the frogfoot ready in two weeks.

The pylon shape looks good. It needs some more lines to simulate access hatches and such. See here:

Also, can you move the pylon itself, back more? You have too much sticking forward. It should be centered on the rocket pod.

TMF F-16A Netz camo, will come in at least two versions: a) paint scheme used on early Netz (see below) and b) paint scheme used on later Netz, basicaly the same as used on the Baraks.

Slow progress but its coming along. The odd colour on the top of the fuselage is because I've covered to the vacant top hatch with a decal and its damn hard to colour match a decal with the bmp. The passenger door and cargo doors are decals too.

 

Once I'm happy with the panel lines and the rivets, then I can move on to doing other skins.
