GIMP or Paint.net works and is FREE. If you got the money to throw around, Adobe CS3 or Paint Shop Pro are the alternatives.

I highly recommned Photoshop 7 to use as your paint program.

You know, i was wondering where can i get MIG-27 and SU-22 templates in order to vary the models we already have, but anyways i'll work with the ones provided in the site.
