Olham 164 Posted July 25, 2010 Wow, impressive shot there, Widowmaker! Those Jasta 18 boys can get nasty. They once smoked my SPAD XIII pilot in co-op between D VIIs and Dr.1s. Good Morning All, Thought I would post a few screenshots from Flieger Paul Blum's DiD campaign, (flying the Walfisch with FFA 48 in the Alsace, spring of 1916), which I started a few weeks ago. Paul Blum and his gunner/obs Kurt Weimerann, preparing to take to the skies with their flight: In the mountain valleys up near Luneville: I've discovered that taking the fight low into this terrain gives an edge when battleing several N11's at once. I resently discover the Alsace with a pilot in the late formed Jasta 80 b (Bayern); for him, it's May 22nd 1918; they operate from Gross-Tanchen. Hellshade 110 Posted July 31, 2010 With the new drivers I am able to push the Terrain quality higher and show a little bit better how beautiful Over Flanders Fields: Between Heaven & Hell terrain and scenery is. Of course youtube degrades the quality a bit but I think you can still see a clear difference. The Battle rages in the southern sector - British Infantry moves up to assault the second German line, supported by Tanks - meanwhile on their right - the Germans capture a disabled British Tank and launch a counter-attack to reclaim their trenches - supported by their own mechanical monster: A group of German Soldiers guard their captured British Tank: The Tank is soon "liberated": Seemingly the Germans are so angered that they decide to try to shoot down the Sopwith Triplane with a Railway Gun: The British Infantry continue to advance towards German Machinegun Nests: The advance continues as the Machinegun Nests fall silent: Perhaps the War will be over by Christmas...
