IF that includes the purchase of the aircraft. if that 300mil only includes paint and training - someone (the US taxpayers) have been ripped off yet again. And get along with all its neighbors. The only ones who can challenge them is Venezuela. Who has massive capacity to guide portable IR missiles. But they are very good friends.
