Hey guys.

Will the Desert Storm mod work with Wings over Israel?

I know it was built for Wings over Europe, but the strike fighter sims are pretty much the same, so my logic tells me that it should probably work.

So... Will it blend?

One issue will be the fact that the DS terrain references the GermanyCE.CAT file. That may give you some grief. I think it will run but you will be missing terrain objects.

 

You may be able to modify the DS terrain INIs to use the Israel terrain CAT file but I'm not sure how well that would work.

No it won't work... You need some Aircrafts from WOE like the A-10

The engine may be the same, but each Sim has its own set of unique aircraft which aren't available with the other titles

I can download the A10 and other aircraft from combat ace and column5, right?

You can - then you will need to alter the campaign files manually to account for skin name changes and loadouts.
