I recall a scene like that in the pilot of the Police Squad series, where the bank teller is shot but proceeds to stamp and properly file his paperwork as he's dying. I wonder if they got it from this, not sure what the years are.

I think, the reviewer I linked to above mentions the release year. Something from the 70s Turkish cinema.

Ok, so PS aired in 83 or so I think.

 

There was another scene in one of the other episodes where the guy who gets shot makes like 10 different "pain" faces in slow-mo. That was a great show, too bad it only had 6 eps.
