I would say "spin recovery test". Maybe, that i'm wrong.

 

Its an impressive bird. Very interessting for me was the design of the wing roots with the movable parts, which seems to be able to act as canards.

  Yeah, they're apparently called levcons which are "active" as in moving LERX's.  Atleast thats what wiki says.
