Hi all,

with the help of Stary I thought I'd try to cobble together a fast Tu-22 Blinder cockpit based on his excellent Yak-28B cockpit, I wanted to try some ideas at the same time like a switchable navigator/bomber seat and also Starys excellent bombsight mod. Now I need your help regarding reference materails, good quality cockpit drawings and diagrams are the best! I have some decent quality photos from the various seats but diagrams would be a lot better for proportions and also to make out what various buttons and gagues say. So thanks in advance!

Well, I´m using the fantastic TU-128 cockpit, wich fits perfectly to the TU-22. It even looks like the photo found here. You just need this cockpit settings to do:

Position=0.0,14.44,1.42

It should be awesome a proper cockpit to this wonder bird!

I have three full books on the Tu-22, I can give them all, but not sure if they are good enough for you...

Thx man, yeah that is very cool, your friend should get a medal for that, and the gentleman who took the photos too! Thanks for the books as well Zoltan and Martin.

I do believe I have enough material now  :biggrin:

@Wilches: Yeah I used the Tu-128 pit too before but the whole reason I wanted to do this was to try to get a more "bomber" feel. But I agree, it's a beutiful cockpit!
