daddyairplanes Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 remember an article in an old Air & Space magazine about GIs in the Pacific who would load the ammo trays of P-47s up with bottles to chil them. near the end of the article, the author said they wondered what would happen if a Jap fighter ever showed while on a beer run......
