Su-25 over Ukraine ?

Recommended Posts

Perhaps a kind of friend or foe marking. Maybe they told the ground forces: all planes with mayak (navlights) on are ours, with mayak off are russians.

Perhaps, although it would be relatively simple for the Russians to realize that and turn theirs on.

Well, unless one part considers that its units only are in an operation to "maintain order".

I think the "order" left behind by a rocket strafing pass can be debated!

What russian planes? Is a civil war, no russian planes entered Ukrainian air space (at least, no Su-25 for sure, maybe some recon types ;) )

You guys must have some great eyesight to be able to ID it as either Russian or Ukrainian. All I saw was a dark Su-25...

Its ukrainian. The ukrainian government cant rely on their army, so they send loyal pilots of the Air Force to attack rebel forces on the ground. The cyrillic text said, that it was a plane that launched a rocket attack over the town of Donezk on May 26.

Hasn't done a great job so far on JFK's assassination. It's been over 50 years, not sure how much more "future" we need.
