macelena 1,070 Posted July 7, 2014 Yes, it looks like it was right on top of it, but it is said that it seems so because of the zoom. The aproaching aircraft saw the other one crossing the runway, they would have made it, but there should have been a safety margin and the pilot decided to pull up.
