dannavy85 26 Posted October 28, 2016 I was assigned to HC-5 Det-4 off USNS Kilauea during the 1991 Gulf War and one of our two helos were involved in engaging and SAR'ing Iraqi soldiers who were in two patrol boats taken out by a Marine Cobra and one of our "Ma Deuce" belly gunners. You could tell our "Knights" were Vietnam birds by the patch work of bullet hole repairs done to each one. The double whopper was a bad ass hauler. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
