+daddyairplanes 10,244 Posted November 5, 2018 as shown above but question is why bmp rather than jpg? smaller is better and it was pointed out to me once upon a time that jpgs in a dozen skin folders was less space than one common bmp folder in the main aircraft folder (plus two unique individuals) but you may have a reason, so im asking out of curiousity Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Just create clean - white skin with black lines rivets and all elements that you want to 'bump' Remember no dirt, stains weathering etc should be applied on this skin. Open shaderMap start new project and program will create bump map for you - then adjust the intensity and of edges..then save and you have your first bump map.
