MigBuster Posted August 17, 2023 Posted August 17, 2023 Interesting read if you get the time with WIP shots: https://pocketmags.com/pc-pilot-magazine# Quote The September/October issue of PC Pilot magazine contains a surprise-studded interview with MicroProse CEO, David Lagettie. Amongst other things, David discloses that Falcon 5.0 is in the planning stage, will “support many aircraft on release, including the F-35”, and won’t wrinkle its radome at* *https://tallyhocorner.com/2023/08/microprose-multitask-like-mad/ 1 Quote
Skyviper Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 Wow, man Microprose is getting busy. I thought they closed their door ages ago. It's nice to see they're still around and working on revamping their old projects. I hope they'll get to achieve their goals. Quote
mono27 Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 (edited) I hope to be wrong but Microprose today is not the same as it was back then. Now they have many projects announced and all WIPs at the same time. Tiny Combat Arena has a great potential, but no significant update since its realease 3 years ago. There were some interesting B-17 (and B-24) sims announced in 2020, but here we are in mid 2023 and nothing. Task Force Admiral seems to be a nice strategy game, but still no realease date after more than 3 years. I want to be otimistic and think that one year we will see this games out but I see it very difficult that it happens. Maybe the case of Falcon is different. Edited August 18, 2023 by mono27 Quote
