Si es después de unos segundos y salta al escritorio sin mas, es posible que sea un conflicto entre el antivirus y la nueva tarjeta/programa de instalación/nuevos drivers/juego, prueba a desactivarlo, si no lo has hecho ya. Es con lo único que te da problemas?

Te tira en el proceso de carga o ya iniciado el juego?

Tengo una GTX 1080 desde hace bastante tiempo y nunca me ha dado problemas con SF 2, ahora tiene los últimos controladores. El problema que comenta Hans Topp era de Nvidia y hace un año o mas, desde entonces las actualizaciones de los drivers no han dado problemas. Si no lo has hecho ya, prueba a limpiar a fondo los restos de controladores de la antigua gráfica y reinstala el último. Espero que se solucione.
