  1. I seem to remember TK saying he would add one popular and one less popular aircraft from the vote per DLC If true, we will be getting Mirage and Ouragegon / Super Mystere
  2. For me, this topic have two sides. The first is that it seems flight games in general are on the rise again, and SF and in most respects SF2 are products of a generation where Flight Games and Simulators was pretty much absent from the market, especially after Microsoft declared they would no longer work on Flight Simulator titles and shut down the studio. That does not mean TW will meet a demise soon, as I think the current model works out decent. I say decent, because he will probably have to open his arms more to the community, or make a drastic increase the value of the product (and with that probably also the price). If he indeed starts with tablet games and such, as he has hinted at, I doubt their income would go towards the SF series. The funny thing is, I cannot make up my mind if a publisher would be good or bad for TK. He obviously needs a little push off his cushion and get back into the running. I doubt DCS and Jet Thunder will wake him up enough for this. This all said, I doubt we will ever see a SF3.
  3. I both agree and do not agree with Stary here. Some DLC I like, some I find not worth the time. The Mirage IIIC DLC for example is a good idea about a well done DLC. It fits, its flyable in Campaigns, reasonably priced and a thing that was lacking, but easily fixed. By contrast, I find most of the Hunters (The Sultan of Omar AF excluded) to be what Stary describes above. The fact that Paulopanz J 34 Hunter is better then the DLC one is actually a bit worthy of cringe.
  4. TSF would like to add they also would like one of these.
  5. I always liked the Freestyle. Too bad it never got to fly properly.
  6. I made a backstory about a Pink JAS Gripen that was painted such and entered into the Pride Parade just to win an argument between Swedish Defence and the Green party :D
  7. Thanks Geo! I dont know who you are or what site you have, but the effort is most appreciated !
  8. I can recommend the "Bloody Foreigners" Series as well; esp the one about the Polish pilots.
  9. It will be most glorious making a campaign with all these nice assets !
  10. Dogfight: Lansen vs Tunnan Rules: Best of 3 All Weapons Allowed. ECM / RADAR Allowed Challenger is defensive first round and offensive the second. Tiebreaker round is head to head. Mods used: TSF J 29F Tunnan & TSF J 32B Lansen, Starys SARCASM 1.3 and updated Sweden Terrain. The Charge of Attackeskadern: Saab A 32 Lansens from F 15 Söderhamn preform naval strikes under the command of the Attack Squadron (E 1). Their target are soviet ships, escorting the Soviet Invasion Force that are waiting to cross the baltic! With the Robot 04 at their disposal, they are dubbed "The Supreme Commanders Mace" Mods used: TSF Mannerheims Sköld 1.0
  11. Fine. Dave can have a Viper from me too :D
  12. WBS: Try Naval Warfare Arctic Circle. Little more Simple then Fleet Command, but pretty much the same thing. I do not know about modding for the game, but you can be a gunner while AI Does the rest on your ship as long as you have ordered the driver to put a course. I prefer manual driving and the AI to use the guns. When I say "Strike Fighters"; I mean its goes in depth without being inaccessible. :)
  13. I find it enjoyable. Its pretty niched, but it is a Strike Figthers for Naval Sims; more or less. if you liked Battlestations game, you will prob like this, but is a little more advanced.
  14. I approve! Next package will not only have Viggen in it, but some damn good looking Norwegians and Danes...
  15. I actually like browsing trough that big list. I find something new every time :D
  16. I see you do not have the BaseMoveChance=0 command present, so that would probably explain it. No difference, save for a single command line that you omit in the Campaign.ini
  17. Just fair warning. This does at times turn into a point and click adventure game. I had really fun the five minutes I tried to arm the Guns. I should just be happy nobody was actually depending on me shooting something during that time.
  18. http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fde.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FOperation_Ace_Guard http://www.aco.nato.int/resources/21/NATO%20Operations,%201949-Present.pdf It appears it was a defensive operation to protect Turkey from Iraqi attack.
  19. My friends are awesome. They gifted it to me Name is JRL5 on Steam. Add me and lets do some formation flying... when I learned how.
