I know. Already added that one to the next patch to outfit a Soviet Recce wing. Upon discovery, I think the exact words I used to describe Paul was " A magic genie who read minds in advance". That I know :) However, working on 1.2 of Isbjörn, then will be going on for the 60:ies. Also still waiting for permission from Marcfigthers.

I know, but I rather add the wrong version then not at all :) And I like Recon / Transport squadrons on the map. Makes it feel more alive. Id love em! Working on that one. However, I am a mess when it comes to ground war, so most of it is trial and error. Doing my best, but no promises. More Air Units will appear in next patch with a few other things. Yak-23 and 25 was added alongside the 15s in order to provide some variety, but I have sound few Soviet Figthers from that era readily avalible. I´d love to vary the usual bogeymen with more exiting stuff, but does not know much of it actually is there. Will be different during the 60:ies campaign. Not the objective for this campaign. The Soviets know they are pushing their luck and at all costs does not wish to involve NATO more then possible. In the main thread for the campaign is a timeline posted, I suggest you check it out :)

I have heard of ARM/AGM Sidewinder versions beeing developed, but I suspect RAF just got sulky. Also, Dutch pilot on a Tornado? :P

Marcfigthers made a Gnat Mk1 for SF1, that works for SF2 as well. Your list is pretty much what it says on Wikipedia - that I used for a source.

Well, the Venom is avalible (even for SF2), but is it the Night Figther Version?

First draft at Order of battle for the 60:ies Campaign, say around 1967-68 Finnish Air Force: 2x MiG-21 1x Folland Gnat Mk1 1x Il-28 (Reduced Squadron, AI) Swedish Air Force: 2x J-35F (Might be a squadron more flying an older version, if avalible) 1x J-32B (Night Figther Duty) 3x A-32A Norwegian Air Force (Unclear if present) F-5s (?) Soviet Air Force: 5x MiG-21 2x Su-9 Units (Intercept only) 1x MiG-17 (Cause we are all so damn tired of figthing them by now...) 4-6x mixed assortment of attack, bombers and recon wings, TBA. 2x Nothing you see above is final. Storyline might involve Soviets getting jiffy with a fictional carrier - if I can pull it off, otherwise pure and simply "RAWR, sweden helped finland during Isbjörn, Sweden die..."

I will sign gladly on the Venom NF and the MiG-25.

A few screenies from test flight. Note that this is not the NF Version, and therefore lacks a radar. In Thirdwire sims, this is however not really that big an issue. Its still fun as hell.

Cant belive why I did not try it earlier. Tried out the SF2 Venom DH with the SF1 J33 Skin. Worked like a Charm. Sending permission slips now (once knug emptied his mailbox :D) but we might get a Nightfighing squadron :)

I will at least try to do the 60:ies one. But i think I will give it a rest for a little while, and finetune and polish this release first.
