EA is not a developer. They are a publisher. Please know the difference. And are you sure you do not confuse them with Activision? After all, they release the Call of Duty franchise, who for the past four games have been pretty much the same thing. The developer behind Battlefield is Swedish "DICE". I also do not see how people can claim its the same stuff every time nor that it is just a pretty package. Battlefield 3 is a very solid game. Yes, the Single Player is mostly looks and a run of the mill story, but the multiplayer - and that is what I bought it for - is awesome with tactics implemented, calling for mortar and air strikes where the assets are controlled by other players, firing a few semi auto rounds to supress the enemy...

Tbf, you dont buy Battlefield 3 for the SP. You get it for the awesome MP :)

Loving it, but stuck to the Multiplayer. The Mortar is amazingly alot of fun. You have to be a crack shot with it, and lucky too :P

Allen: If I ever get a decent J-21 (That is not A-team, I am on principle not a very fan of having to look for things all over, hence my dedication to package releases), I suspect I might do a 1948 campaign or something. If so, the Mustang and Mosq is a obvious choice and it would be alot of fun. However, It would then be very, very far into the future at any rate. Gunrunner: no, the campaign already have two recon squadrons. The norwegians are a minority here, but the political plot does not "allow" them to deploy more. Failure for Sweden and Finland would mean that Norway would get a very long border with the Soviet Union - one that would be completly undefendable. They got every reason. The J-21 did not have any. Unofficially, it was nicknamed "Tvestjärten".

I wonder if this means F-14 game is close... And if so, how close. TK usually never tells when a game is to be released. I like that in him actually. -

You could try reinstalling the game - or installing it to a different folder, then overwriting the terrain. -

What is currently planned for the 1.2 version. This version will probably be the final version before I start working with the 1966 Campaign. 1: Naval Task Forces Ever played the Falklands mod? If you have, you know exactly what I am going for here. There will be convoys sailing the Baltic, and they will be terrible to approach. Aside from the cargo vessels, they will be running with a heavy escort of Destroyers. As of right now, most ships there is for the Soviet side are modern ones, and thus, I use a modern era destroyer as a standin for the Soviet. The Soviet will also have a destroy class armed with the S-25 Berkut. Realistic? Maybe not. Fun and challenging? Yes. For the Swedish, the Cavalier Class is very similar to the Swedish Östergötland class, and will be defending their convoys with a Bofors 40mm. This work is almost complete, lacking only a water map for the Sweden Terrain. 2: Blue Side AA Swedish and Finnish Air Defence have been bolstered by Flack Cannons, aside from the light machine guns covering the surface. Included is also a stand-in for the Swedish Bristol Bloodhound system, in use from 1963. 3: More mixed Soviet Air Power. The Soviets and Polish now oppose you with MiG-15, 17F, MiG-19, Yak 23, Yak 25M, Il-28, Tu-4 and Il-16 (Yak-23 and MiG-15 on Fully merged only) Aircraft. While not very realistic, it makes for a more varied experience when you wont be facing The Clones for ten missions in a row. 4: Paulopanz Suprise Its going to be Legen....wait for it...Dary.
