AGM-174B Gunslinger testing

i have a question regarding the AIM-174B does the Missile have the standard 30 inch suspensions lugs or a retractable 30 inch suspension lugs , for now i use the retractable version from the AARGM-ER but i´m not sure that this is the right one unfortunately i cant find any pictures from the AIM-174B showing the saddle and the suspension lugs , the only thing i found out so far is that this missile is not launched from a launch rail instead it gets dropped from the pylon any help regarding the suspension lugs is more than welcome the skin is not yet finish , a lot of details needs to be added

i took acloser look at the pictures and notice some cracks on the warhead body , so i assume that the material is not metal and that would explain the large amount of screws on the body rear where the connection part for the wing assembly is added that is a strange warhead , i hope i can find some more pictures of it

i do have a question about the GBU-49 with a BLU-133/B warhead , what is the BLU-133/B and why is it held together by screws ??? i cant find anything on that warhead except that it is a bomb and unfortunatley i have only pictures showing the right side of that warhead , no idea how the left looks like normally a bomb is made of cast iron or steel and not like here that you can screw the 2 halves together this are the pictures i have from that GBU-49 with BLU-133B warhead

since i got a lot of new good pictures from the GBU-48B i thought it is about time to update the old model a bit thats how it looks like now the GBU-49 and GBU-50 will be next , if anybody has some good pictures of a GBU-50 please send them to me , all i have are 3 pictures of an Mirage 2000D carrying the GBU-50 would be nice to have some better pictures

that brings back some memories we had about 2 km away from our house the Nellingen Army Air Field used from the 223rd Aviation Battalion , and as kids we went there to watch the helicopters and there it was the first time i saw this big CH-37 and the sound of this engines is something i never forget Thanks for that Video

small update originally i had the fuel filler cap on all drop tanks as a 3d part since i try to reduce the lod sice i removed this 3d fuel filler caps and replaced it with a texture this is how it looks like now

Thanks everything is working now i replaced the motherboard and the CPU and installed windows 7 to a new 1TB SSD luckily i had enough spare parts for my old computer , still got 1 motherboard and 2 CPU´s and one set of RAM´s , maybe have to look to get 1 more from that motherboard and a CPU i´m using Gigabyte GA-Z79X-UD5H motherboard Intel I7-4790K CPU G.Skill DDR3 1600mhz 32Gb ( 4x8GB ) RAM WD Blue 1TB SSD Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3060 OC 12Gb graphic card my biggest surprise was that i got all Win 7 updates from Microsoft automatically , no need for endless searching just a lot of time to install almost 300 updates so much for no windows 7 support , by the way i just got the latest security update from this month ohhh..... and i got the driver for my Intel 660P 512 GB M.2 SSD so i have windows 7 64 bit with my library on that M.2 SSD working now

i´m back , computer is working again

i got my computer working , i had to change the mainboard and the cpu windows 7 is installed and all updates installed ( was surprised that i got them automatically from microsoft ) i had some problem with the graphicscard because windows did not recognize it and i was unable to install the Nvidia driver , somehow i got it solved and now everything is running fine the only problem is that i got most of my reference material , pictures , flight manuals and the SF installation files on a M.2 SSD and my Windows 7 installation is not showing the drive , the bios is showing the drive only windows is saying no , on my previouse windows 7 installation the M.2 SSD was no problem and since i use the same Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installation disk and istalled all updates i dont understand why i have that problem now i installed all drivers for the mainboard just in case somebody is asking anybody an idea how i can fix this ???? would it help if i use a external usb docking station for the M.2 SSD , at least to get the data ????

in the moment you can not send any mail to me because my computer just died , i can not start windows , so i installed a 1T SSD to install a new windows but even that is not working windows is unable to make a installation dont know what is happening but something is totaly wrong here i also made a reset to the bios but no luck if i start the computer he is sometimes very fast also with the installation cd and than for no reason he slows down and needs 30 minutes or more for something he did before in 5 minutes , starting windows is a no go , new installation is a no go , dont know what to do so i´m off for a while , at least until i know what the hell is going on

i wanted to make the engine nozzle as 3D part but i was running in to problems with the fuselage and the lod size would increase to much , so i decided to just change the texture and make some minor changes like adding the inner nozzle and deepen the after burner area to the corecr size thats how they look like now this is the best i could come up with right now , maybe in the future i will get the 3d nozzle working like i want to and added to the aircraft

some update on the 3D model and the texture i added a new 370 gallon drop tank with more details and a new pylon for it i added anew LAU-7A launch rail with the correct length and more details new outer wing weapons pylon new inner wing pylon new 600 gallon drop tank ( nestable ) , i also have the welded version , the welded version will be used on early F-4E´s the nestable version on the mid to later F-4E´s and early F-4G´s the lod has now 9.34 MB , and i´m not yet done so the lod will further increase in size pictures where taken over a version from Rent´s Germany terrain , so far i dont have any problems may be a small hit on the FPS but no stutter or freezing what surprises me a lot given of the lod size , especially since i have been warned not to create lod´s with a large size and that since the beginning of my modding for SF2 given the fact that i´m still on an old computer , win-7 64 bit with 32 GB ram and an i7-4790k CPU and a RTX 3060 graphics card with 12 MB ram , i begin to wonder what are the limits with regard to lod size and large textures especially with new more powerful computers and graphic cards

F-8E_66 with 3 x LAU-33A/A and 1 x LAU-35A/A , the LAU-35A/A was for the lower left hand pylon only the LAU-33A/A was used on all other pylons
