Actually that doesnt make a difference. Check my SF2 planes I updated. In fact using that format works perfectly. You really dont even need the D folder but I leave it because its one less file I have to edit. But check it out and all will become clear to you.

VF are for the Navy planes (F-4B) Are you putting the bmp in the USAF Desert Camo 2 folder and not a folder in another folder. -

Yeah those skins are for the regular F-4D, not the F-4D_67. Make you do as Migbuster says if you want to use them for the other versions. -

Have you gone into the actual F-4B and F-4D folder and placed the files in there? Each folder is set up with VF-something or other. Just put the files of one of those folders in and let it overwrite. -

Decals are there and they work. When you are in the loadout screens select a number you want it to have. Sometimes the sim starts with it on the very last number and then that causes them to show up blank.

Here is the good thing about that, you only need to know about 50% of that. Easier to install weps, decals, pilots.

It can be a slight pain for older stuff but the merged install, ease of installation of aircraft, objects, weapons, etc. No more patching woes. Makes it all worth it.

In fact I just downloaded them again they are set up correctly to work in the SF2 series and work just fine. Me thinks you might of installed them incorrectly.
