Hey Steamer welcome to CA. As Jeff said there are a lot of military here. As far as you getting a vsquadron, there are a few around here who do MP like doghouse, streakeagle, 531ghost to name a few. I would get in contact with them. They will be your best source of info.

It was implied. As I told one of your fellow Sailors last night on ICQ. I find nothing the other branches do as "weird". Each has their own thing and that is what makes them unique. Army does it one way, Navy another, Marines another, AF another. But weird? No, its the nature of the beast. I just get irritated because there seems to be a trend with "My branch is better than your branch." And I don't play that. One team, one fight. We all bleed red and we all defend the same flag. Dude will you please get over yourself and your branch of service? Once in a blue moon ribbing is fine, but every time you get a chance you take a swipe at mine and others. WTF is your problem? Since this war started in 2001 and I buried friends in each branch of service, so I have great respect for each branch and their traditions and don't really get into my branch vs your branch. One team, one fight. So calling the others "weird" is very uncalled for.

Never seen anyone out of uniform just stand at the position of attention. They always had their hand over their heart. I thought that just standing at the position is reserved for respecting other countries anthems. What does that have to do with anything? My wife is 17 years Army and still going strong. Going to make SGM too.

Here is mine, yes I know, I know but I am loyal to my Lions, and Wolverines. The wife picks up the beer for me mostly on TDY's when the Class Six on base doesnt have what I want. The stuff in the fridge are remnants of what people bring over etc. The foo foo drinks you see are my wifes. Which she hasn't drank in awhile and all they are doing is taking up room in my mini fridge. Behind the POW/MIA flag is my computer area and in the back of the main room (You can see the door left of the fridge.) is my office.That table you see is a 3 and 1 table, pool, air hockey and ping pong. Got my Xbox and Xbox 360 on my HDtv. Both those chairs are massage chairs with heat. Then there is my Irish flag of course. Finally one of my pictures of "The Duke". I hold him in great reverence.
