Hello, vampirella, and welcome to combatace! Now as for the KAW mod, It is designed for SFP1, and will not work with WOV. However, you don't need the campaigns if you don't want them, just install the addon KAW planes and terrain. There's a lot more to it, but hopefully you can make it work. It's not impossible.

You know what this reminds me of? It's better without sound, as the music is not the original track. Watch the first 1:06. When I first saw this, when I was about 3, I cried. Even now, it chokes me up a bit. Now trains are one thing, but planes? Boy, that just hurts, to see them waiting for the scrap like that. I know that plenty of museums, big and small, would absolutely jump at the chance to get a warplane on display; I don't imagine trash is worth that much, and they could get local enthusiasts to do it for free.
