I prefer to take as few a\c as possible for the mission. I can trust me. I can't always trust the friendly AI and from bitter experience I end up covering my wingman more than he covers me and that's not right, is it. This isn't a critique on the AI really, like anything you learn to live with it and just get on with the mission at hand.

That's what the mesh names are AFAIK, however (I must've had a premoniton because...) The roundels I painted on apart from the fuselage, if you want I can send you the layered .psd template I made for this - the roundels are completely removeable and interchangeable.

I have one WoE install with all soviet a\c deleted. Simply so I can fly a "free flight" with no enemy interference (for testing etc, or just for the hell of it). I make sure I never select campaign that's all. In answer to the original question Andrew, Typhoid is quite correct.
