Most likely, yes. Here's one way to do it:
Just like with SEAD missions, in Anti-Ship missions, pressing "E" will mean "next enemy ship".
But there is a question here. At the beginning of a SEAD mission, E doesn't target you anything until you come to the target area or come across any AAA/Sam unit on the way.
Since the antiship missiles here have pretty long ranges, you should be able to launch from standoff ranges.. I'm thinking a basic integration with the Hawkeye could be in work here, like them informing that the enemy convoy is detected, and your E button will start working...
Of course, these ideas assume that SF2:NA and campaings will give the player option to fly other navy strike aicraft. (From older releases)
